Talent Acquisition Intern


About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As a TA Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of talent acquisition and contribute to the growth of our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening:

    Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Provide a positive candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and keeping candidates updated on the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare and send interview invitations and reminders.
  • Administrative Support:

    Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining applicant tracking systems and generating reports.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
  • Support with onboarding activities, such as collecting necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Projects:

    Contribute to special projects, such as employer branding initiatives or diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • A passion for recruitment and a desire to learn.
