Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will collaborate closely with the HR team to optimize the recruitment process and elevate our capacity to attract and engage with top-tier talent. Your role necessitates a genuine interest in human resources, adept interpersonal abilities, and adeptness in managing multiple tasks effectively within a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing from various platforms like social media, job boards, and professional networks. You will aid in screening resumes to identify potential candidates that align with the specified criteria. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and interviewers. Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle in a professional and timely manner will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will provide support for recruitment events such as job fairs, campus drives, and other related activities. Keeping recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems updated and organized will also fall under your purview. To qualify for this position, you should be currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. The internship duration is for 6 months. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn about recruitment processes are essential requirements. As a candidate, you should possess a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels, adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and creative problem-solving abilities. This internship opportunity offers valuable learning experiences such as gaining hands-on exposure to various facets of talent acquisition, honing professional skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking, expanding your professional network within the HR domain, and receiving mentorship from seasoned HR professionals.
