As a Talent Acquisition Intern in the Executive Search team, you will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end ES project execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting ES project execution by sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and coordinating interviews. - Developing and maintaining project trackers, status reports, and documentation to ensure smooth project lifecycle. - Conducting market and talent mapping research to identify qualified candidates effectively. - Assisting in designing and refining ES templates and tools for operational efficiency. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables. - Preparing client-ready presentations, candidate briefs, and progress reports to meet client expectations. - Ensuring all recruitment and search activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations. - Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. - Upholding confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive client and candidate information. - Taking initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the ES service line. - Contributing to team discussions and offering insights on project strategy and market dynamics.
