Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts, particularly for IT roles. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: Performance Based

Experience: 3-6 months (Preferable, not mandatory)


NOTE: Apply only if you are available for 6 months.


Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to search for potential candidates using Boolean search techniques.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Maintain candidate data and reports
  • Assist in hiring for IT roles


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 months of experience in IT Recruitment
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge of Boolean search
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities


Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing/completed MBA
