We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring and recruitment initiatives. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring activities.
• Prepare basic hiring reports and analytics.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of recruitment & HR concepts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR roles.
