Key Responsibilities:

• Make 50-60 calls per day to potential candidates for different roles.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.

• Keep track of the hired candidates for one week post joining.

• Update and maintain candidate information in Excel sheets.

• Coordinate with the HR team for smooth onboarding processes. Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Dedicated and hardworking attitude.

• Basic knowledge of Excel for data management.
