Product Analyst(1-2 yrs)

In this role, you will work closely with the product managers, marketing and engineering teams, and other business stakeholders to help build and improve products for our customers, employees, or partners using insights from data. Job Requirements:1. Experience in data mining skills such as SQL, Python, and Excel2. Exposure to website analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and clickstream/hit-level data.3. Basic understanding of statistics such as hypothesis testing and frequentist/Bayesian statistics.4. You should be able to generate insights and hypotheses from data and use them to drive business outcomes.5. The ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial for this role. Work experience and educational qualifications:1. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the analytics field, including experience in hypothesis testing/statistics and product or digital analytics, is preferred.2. Having advanced analytics skills such as statistical models, machine learning, Markov chains, market basket analysis, etc. would be advantageous.3. The candidate must be able to grasp the business and product decision-making processes and provide analytics that align with business and product objectives.4. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or economics from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
