The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of training solutions, and fostering long-term relationships. Only apply if you are from Varanasi or can relocate.*** Responsibilities • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
