About thr Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute as Subject Matter Experts (SME) in Fiber Optic Technology.

 Selected candidates will support the development of a certification-aligned training program, creating structured learning and assessment materials that meet international technical and instructional standards.

Project Scope:

• Develop a Scheme Document aligned with the provided Table of Contents (TOC).
• Certificate Template Creation Design a comprehensive course outline including learning modules, outcomes, and evaluation methods.
• Question Bank Development Build a repository of 150+ high-quality, scenario-based questions

Required Qualification:

• Bachelors's or Masters degree in any related field of Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant industry experience in fiber optics, telecommunications, or cabling infrastructure.
• Proven experience in developing technical content, training materials, or question banks for certification or academic programs.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong command over fiber optic principles, cabling systems, and installation techniques
• Thorough knowledge of fiber optic standards and specifications (IEC, ITU-T, IEEE 802.3)
• Expertise in testing methods and troubleshooting techniques (OTDR, OLTS, loss measurement, etc.)
• Proven ability to develop structured, technically accurate documentation
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project Details:

• Mode: Remote
• Duration: 7–10 days post selection
• Deliverables: Scheme Document, Certificate Template & Outline, Question Bank (≥150 questions)
• Engagement Type: Freelance / Short-term Contract
