Required Qualification:

• Bachelors's or Masters degree in any related field of Engineering.
• Minimum

  15+ years of relevant industry experience

  in fiber optics, telecommunications, or cabling infrastructure.
• Proven experience in

  developing technical content, training materials, or question banks

  for certification or academic programs.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong command over fiber optic principles, cabling systems, and installation techniques
• Thorough knowledge of fiber optic standards and specifications (IEC, ITU-T, IEEE 802.3)
• Expertise in testing methods and troubleshooting techniques (OTDR, OLTS, loss measurement, etc.)
• Proven ability to develop structured, technically accurate documentation
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
