About the Role:

Senior Placement Consultant

The ideal candidate will bring a strong corporate network, deep understanding of the talent landscape, and proven expertise in managing high-volume placement operations across diverse sectors.

**This is a performance-driven, commission-based engagement.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    corporate outreach and partnership development

    with hiring organizations across diverse industries.
  • Strategize and execute

    end-to-end placement activities

  • Leverage an active professional network of

    250+ corporate decision-makers, HR leaders, and TA heads

    to secure placement opportunities.
  • Manage and expand relationships with companies, universities, and industry bodies to support ongoing placement pipelines.
  • Lead corporate outreach, proposal presentations, and partnership discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, hiring patterns, and industry demands to create actionable insights for training and placement alignment.
  • Achieve defined

    placement targets, partnership onboarding goals, and client satisfaction metrics

  • Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, hiring pipelines, candidate progress, and placement outcomes.

Requirements:

    in placement consulting, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or recruitment management.

  • In-depth understanding of

    campus hiring, industry skill requirements, and corporate recruitment processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet placement targets, and drive results with minimal supervision.
