Job Description

You are required to deliver a full-day, in-person Finance for Non-Finance workshop to plant workers in Tamil Nadu or Karnataka. The workshop aims to empower participants to interpret financial information and make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include covering topics such as balance sheets, P&L accounts, cost concepts, budgeting processes, and more using interactive methods and real-life examples. It is essential to create an engaging learning environment with clear explanations in either Tamil or Kannada. To qualify for this role, you must have proven experience in delivering finance training to non-specialist audiences, ideally in industrial settings, along with at least 4 years of industry experience. Fluency in Tamil or Kannada is a must, and strong presentation skills are required to simplify finance topics effectively. Experience in in-person training and case study-based teaching is preferred.
