About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Travel & Tourism for a high-impact, short-term remote project. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic airport leader to develop critical training and certification materials that will shape industry standards.

Project Scope:

Development of Scheme Document

Creation of Certificate Template (including detailed content and course outline)

Building a Question Bank (minimum 150 high-quality, scenario-based questions

Required Qualifications:

15+ years of hands-on experience in airport management, operations, or aviation authority roles

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Aviation Safety (SMS), Aerodrome Certification, or ACI/AAA programs

Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills (English fluency required)
