What You Will Do:

• Support end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles.
• Screen profiles for relevance, experience, and alignment.
• Run initial HR screening calls as per hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain hiring trackers and reporting dashboards
• Assist in onboarding new hires and interns

You Might Be a Fit If:

• Have 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or HR (preferably tech hiring)
• Can understand technical roles and requirements
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable owning processes
• Have great communication & interpersonal skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment
• Enjoy talking to candidates and solving hiring challenges
