Talent Acquisition Intern – Executive Search
• Support end-to-end ES project execution, including candidate sourcing, assessments, and interview coordination.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation throughout the ES lifecycle.
• Conduct market and talent mapping research to support the identification of qualified candidates.
• Assist in the design and refinement of ES templates and tools for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client-ready presentations, candidate briefs, and progress reports.
• Ensure all recruitment and search activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client and candidate information.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the ES service line.
• Contribute to team discussions and offer insights on project strategy and market dynamics.
