1. Source candidates for sales roles (front-line/territory/ASM) via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals
2. Run structured phone screens (fit, communication, intent, salary, joining)
3. Coordinate interviews end-to-end; maintain trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
4. Hit daily/weekly sourcing & screening targets; publish pipeline reports
5. Draft crisp JD/Job posts, outreach scripts, and WhatsApp/email nudges
6. Use our ATS/CRM; uphold process discipline and candidate experience
1. Excellent English communication (spoken + written) and a confident phone manner
2. Strong ownership, speed, and follow-ups; comfortable with 5070 calls/day
3. Good with Excel/Google Sheets, basic Boolean search, and LinkedIn hygiene
4. Availability for 36 months, full-time (on-site/hybrid as applicable)
