Business Development Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and Result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our Executive Search team in client engagement, service development, and lead generation. This role combines administrative precision with a strategic mindset, ensuring seamless coordination across client interactions, business development initiatives, and marketing activities to drive portfolio growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and track client inquiries in the CRM, ensuring prompt routing to the relevant portfolio owner or consultant.
• Schedule and organize client meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up action items.
• Streamline client communications, including follow-up emails, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect profiles in the CRM system.
• Preparations of proposals, service presentations, and client pitches tailored to specific mandates.
• Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking initiatives.
• Track and monitor business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) team to develop content that highlights our executive search expertise and industry insights.
• Work with the Market Intelligence team in market research findings and constantly develop research topics.
• Provide creative inputs for branding, service positioning, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure seamless flow of information and alignment across departments for business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or administrative coordination— preferably in executive search, recruitment, or professional services.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and LinkedIn for business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in UAE is a plus.
