Talent Acquisition Intern

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Kochi office and support recruitment for internal roles and client requirements.

This role is purely recruitment-focused — sourcing candidates, making calls, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding. If you enjoy connecting with people and want to kickstart your career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and internal databases
• Make daily recruitment calls and clearly explain job roles
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates till joining
• Maintain candidate tracking sheets and follow-up logs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Who Should Apply

• 0–1 year experience in recruitment (freshers welcome!)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Comfortable making calls and engaging with candidates daily
• Organised, motivated, and target-driven
• Eager to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
