Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Intern

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring status.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (0-1 years) as a recruiter, HR executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for people and talent acquisition.
