Job description We, at Alepo Technologies are currently hiring for Interns in our Human Resources Department in Navi Mumbai. ROLE DESCRIPTION Talent Sourcing & Screening Research and identify potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for technical and non-technical positions Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Create Boolean search strings for targeted candidate sourcing Recruitment Support Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Prepare interview materials and candidate profiles for technical roles (Java developers, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers) Assist in reference checks and background verification processes Track recruitment metrics and generate weekly hiring reports Administrative Tasks Process Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) and maintain recruitment documentation Update JIRA tickets for recruitment tracking and workflow management Prepare offer letters and coordinate with legal for employment contracts Support onboarding activities for new hires across multiple locations What You'll Gain Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms Exposure to global hiring across Africa, North America, LATAM, and Europe Understanding of technical hiring for telecom and software development roles Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Certificate of completion and strong professional references
