ROLE DESCRIPTION

Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Research and identify potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for technical and non-technical positions

• Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Create Boolean search strings for targeted candidate sourcing

Recruitment Support

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

• Prepare interview materials and candidate profiles for technical roles (Java developers, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers)

• Assist in reference checks and background verification processes

• Track recruitment metrics and generate weekly hiring reports

Administrative Tasks

• Process Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) and maintain recruitment documentation

• Update JIRA tickets for recruitment tracking and workflow management

• Prepare offer letters and coordinate with legal for employment contracts

• Support onboarding activities for new hires across multiple locations
