driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and internal databases
  • Make daily recruitment calls to candidates and explain job roles clearly
  • Screen applicants based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates till joining
  • Maintain candidate tracking sheets and follow-up logs
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Who Should Apply

  • 0–1 year experience in recruitment (freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English and Malayalam

  • Comfortable making calls and talking to candidates regularly

  • Motivated, organised, and target-driven

  • Eager to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition
