The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage top talent through various channels. You should be comfortable designing selection processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and representing the company at career events and job fairs.Ultimately, you will play a key role in building robust talent pipelines and promoting our employer brand to ensure we attract and retain top performers.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define selection criteria

Source candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks

Plan and manage the recruitment and selection process, including screening calls, interviews, and assessments

Draft compelling job descriptions and interview questions aligned with job requirements

Lead initiatives to strengthen the companys employer brand across various channels

Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives

Collaborate with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs

Build and maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
