Responsibilities

Review and understand technical job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social networks, and consulting services.
Shortlist, lineup, follow up, and update feedback on candidates.
Coordinate with the interview panel, manage salary negotiations, and exhibit strong, convincing skills.
Handle permanent staffing processes.
Coordinate campus drives with colleges and training placement agencies.
Possess strong knowledge of IT skills.
Maintain excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various platforms.
