Responsibilities

  • Review and understand technical job requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social networks, and consulting services.
  • Shortlist, lineup, follow up, and update feedback on candidates.
  • Coordinate with the interview panel, manage salary negotiations, and exhibit strong, convincing skills.
  • Handle permanent staffing processes.
  • Coordinate campus drives with colleges and training placement agencies.
  • Possess strong knowledge of IT skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements
