What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll be at the frontlines of our hiring efforts, driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions. From sourcing and screening to coordinating offers, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale quickly and hire the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, refine job requirements, and develop compelling job postings
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
- Proactively build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and networking
- Ensure timely, effective hiring with clear documentation and progress tracking via our ATS (Workable)
- Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth, professional communication with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Keep candidate records accurate and up-to-date in the ATS while maintaining compliance with internal policies
- Assist with offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processes
- Generate recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates for internal stakeholders
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and labor market shifts in Vietnam and the broader APAC region
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment marketing and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in fast-growing startups or SaaS/tech environments
- Experience in high-volume and non-executive hiring is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the local labor market, employment laws, and regional hiring practices in APAC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you're confident engaging with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Skilled in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (Workable experience is a bonus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple open roles simultaneously
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a bias for action
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with care
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and open to using AI tools like ChatGPT to support productivity
