Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment process

    for IT positions (junior to mid-level).
  • Source candidates using

    job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases

    .
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Negotiate salaries and manage the offer-to-joining process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience

    in IT recruitment (contract/permanent staffing).
  • Strong knowledge of

    job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)

    .
  • Good understanding of

    IT technologies and skills

    (Java, Python, Cloud, Data, etc.).
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, target-driven environment

    .
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
