Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit for roles like Wealth Managers, RM – HNI/UHNI, Family Office professionals, etc.
  • Understand role requirements from hiring managers
  • Screen candidates for fit and experience
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain hiring trackers and reports
  • Ensure good candidate experience throughout the process


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in BFSI or financial services)
  • Exposure to hiring for client-facing finance roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Excel; ATS knowledge is a bonus
  • Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus)


Good to Have:

  • Understanding of wealth management, HNI/UHNI client servicing, and investment advisory roles
  • Prior experience hiring for niche financial roles
