Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - Direct Field Sales in Jaipur. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales strategies, analyzing data to drive sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, training team members, setting sales targets, and maintaining communication between the team and upper management.
