Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle

  – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Source IT professionals through

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media platforms, employee referrals, and headhunting

  .
• Understand and assess candidates’ technical fit (skills, tools, and project experience).
• Work closely with hiring managers to gather

  detailed role requirements

  and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
• Coordinate

  technical interviews

  with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
• Build and maintain a

  pipeline of IT talent

  across technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Manage candidate negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure

  offer-to-joining conversion

  .
• Maintain

  recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards

  for reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated on

  market trends, new technologies, and compensation benchmarks

  for IT hiring.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in

  sourcing and hiring IT professionals

  across different skills (Development, Cloud, Data, DevOps, ERP, etc.).
• Good understanding of

  IT terminologies, technologies, and job market dynamics

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.)

  .
• Excellent

  communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to

  handle multiple IT requirements

  simultaneously and work in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with

  ATS/CRM tools

  is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and

  client interaction

  skills.
