Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team
As a fresher, you will be trained and mentored to support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping the organization attract and hire top talent across various functions

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms Coordinate with internal and external teams to understand hiring requirements Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of recruitment Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidatesRequirements: MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
