Job Description: As a member of our team at Beyondskool, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to join our innovative up-skilling academy for kids. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and screening candidates through various online channels, social media platforms, and professional networks. - Reviewing applications and conducting background checks to ensure the quality of potential hires. - Conducting interviews and initial telephonic screening calls to assess candidates" suitability for the role. - Onboarding new team members and fostering strong relationships with them to support their growth and success. - Collaborating with hiring decision-makers to identify candidates with strong communication skills, people management abilities, and strategic thinking capabilities.
