🚀 About the Role:
*Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create/update job descriptions accordingly.
* Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
* Schedule and coordinate technical/functional interviews with relevant teams.
* Coordinate with external consultants and agencies for bulk hiring, when required.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
* Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
