Please note: This role is for an internal position working with the Outsized team.

What you can expect:

Talent Engagement

• Manage the end-to-end process from matching, pre-screening, report writing, interviews coordinating to contracting

• Source and vet qualified talent for key client roles and projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements

• Work closely with client-facing and support teams to efficiently fulfil client requests and enhance service delivery

Talent Build Up

• Identify relevant market trends to understand the evolving needs of the industry and their impact on Outsized, our clients, and consultants, delivering valuable insights for informed decision-making

• Develop comprehensive reports, analyses, talent pools, virtual benches and thematic reviews to present findings and recommendations to clients

Personal/Professional Development

• Opportunities to engage directly with and learn from senior leaders within the organisation

• Participation in strategic projects across technology, sales, marketing, data, and operations

Ideal candidates are/possess the following:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation, presentations, and data analysis

• Understanding and experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and IIM Jobs for effective talent sourcing

• Ability to engage with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on recruitment needs

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide solutions

Who Can Apply:

• Are available for a full-time engagement with Outsized (graduates from 2022 onwards)

• Can commence work within the next 30 to 45 days or sooner

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
