Role Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Consultant with proven expertise in technical hiring. The ideal candidate is a creative recruiter who excels at sourcing passive talent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, and building strong networks across communities. You’ll play a key role in hiring top-notch professionals for roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive end-to-end recruitment for Data Science, AI/ML, and related technical roles.

● Source and engage passive talent pools through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.

● Build and nurture candidate networks for current and future hiring needs.

● Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver the right talent.

● Work across multiple hiring models: ○ Permanent hiring ○ GCC (Global Capability Center) hiring ○ (Good to have) Contract hiring experience

● Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent.

● Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with clear and timely communication.

What We’re Looking For :

● 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.

● Strong track record in firm-side hiring, permanent hiring, and GCC hiring; contract hiring experience is a plus.

● Expertise in hiring for Data Science, ML, and analytics roles.

● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.

● Skilled in building passive pipelines and strong professional networks.

● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.

● Passion for recruitment with a people-first, solution-oriented mindset.
