Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using various channels such as phone calls, emails, job boards, and social media.
Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Enhance the company''s reputation as an employer of choice by delivering a superior candidate experience.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) manager with various recruitment activities.
Provide administrative support throughout the candidate and new hire lifecycle.
Optimize and accurately represent job descriptions across all platforms.
Organize and maintain candidate feedback for future reference.
Continuously improve the candidate experience by seeking feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Ensure accurate and complete candidate records and track the recruitment process in internal systems.
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate schedules.

Requirements

Bachelors or masters degree in business administration or other related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in Recruitment or other related field
Strong organizational & teamwork skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Strong ability to multitask.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills
Great decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations.
