Snap Analytics is scaling fast. We’ve over doubled in size in the last 12 months and plan to do it again. As a data and analytics consultancy, our success depends on hiring brilliant minds across data engineering, data visualisation, and AI.

To support this growth, we’re expanding our internal recruitment team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to find top-tier technical talent.

This role is pivotal to our growth in India, helping us build high-performance teams that deliver real impact for our clients. If you’ve recruited for data roles in a consultancy or scale-up, and love the challenge of building something big, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing...

You’ll play a central role in scaling our technical and back office teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the wider Talent team, and stakeholders across the business to deliver seamless hiring experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
• Proactively sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, especially for data engineering, visualisation, and AI roles
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
• Coordinating interviews and supporting structured, inclusive selection processes
• Supporting graduate hiring initiatives, including university outreach and careers fairs
• Managing offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding in collaboration with HR
• Maintaining accurate records in Pinpoint ATS and tracking key hiring metrics
• Contributing to HR initiatives and supporting general HR administration (approx. 20–30% of the role)

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

• Successfully hiring across multiple technical roles in India
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Creating a robust pipeline of candidates for future growth
• Supporting the launch of graduate hiring campaigns and onboarding new joiners smoothly

What you'll need to succeed...

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, drive, and adaptability.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, international consultancy or scale-up
• Proven success hiring for technical roles - especially data engineers, visualisation consultants, and AI specialists
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS tools (we use Pinpoint)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Motivation to grow with a company that’s scaling rapidly
