BCN, an integral part of Expert Client Delivery (ECD), plays a pivotal role in supporting Bain's case teams worldwide by providing analytics and research solutions across various industries, specific domains, corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence, and Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises Consulting Services, Knowledge Services, and Shared Services. As part of the Sustainability Practice, you will contribute to guiding clients in making critical decisions related to sustainability strategy, environmental and social impact of operations, stakeholder engagement, and growth opportunities. Your role as a Practice Senior Manager within the Sustainability Practice will involve supporting and leading initiatives within the Carbon Transition solution and other strategic projects, collaborating closely with Bain's Sustainability Partners and experts globally. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting commercialization efforts, creating key practice content, developing intellectual property, devising data-driven strategies and innovation solutions, and implementing cutting-edge techniques and tools to drive client growth. Working in tandem with the Practice Director, you will drive the process and content generation for key deliverables, prioritize effectively, and enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with various stakeholders across the business. Your core responsibilities will revolve around solution design, development, deployment, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. You will play a crucial role in advising case teams and clients, developing intellectual property, providing solution support, integrating partnerships and tools, and commercializing intellectual property. Additionally, you will lead the annual development or refresh of the Solution Full Potential plan, manage solution budgets, and support commercialization and selling efforts. In this role, you will be expected to possess a Bachelor of Arts or equivalent undergraduate degree, with an MBA considered a plus. You should have experience as a top-tier management consultant or equivalent, along with strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.
