As a part of the Sustainability Practice at Bain & Company, you will engage with clients to make crucial decisions impacting their business strategy, focusing on sustainability strategy, environmental and social impact of operations, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-related growth and cost opportunities. The Sustainability Practice ensures that sustainability efforts are grounded in business fundamentals, showcase a clear return on investment, and are integrated into clients" strategy and operations effectively. As a Practice Senior Manager within the Sustainability Practice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading efforts within the Carbon Transition solution and strategic priority projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Bains Sustainability Partners and experts across Bain globally to drive commercialization, create key practice content and presentations, develop intellectual property, design data-driven strategies and innovative solutions, and deploy advanced techniques and tools to help clients accelerate their growth. Your role will involve solution design, development, deployment, and delivery, including guiding the solution team, advising case teams and clients, developing intellectual property, providing direct solution support, and partnering with ecosystem partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the annual development of Solution Full Potential plan, leading commercialization efforts, and providing support for selling activities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials, while an MBA is a plus. You should have experience as a top-tier management consultant or equivalent, demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills, proficiency in leading business and analytics tools, and the ability to deliver high-quality presentations. A passion for sustainability, business issues, and deploying cutting-edge techniques, along with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, are essential for this role.
