Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee supply chain functions across production, sourcing, inventory, warehouse, and logistics. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, timely fulfillment, and system integrity across our omnichannel business (Shopify, marketplaces, and offline retail amongst others).

Key Responsibilities

Production & Supply Planning

• Plan, track, and coordinate production schedules with manufacturing partners.
• Align and monitor supply schedules with sourcing partners for timely material availability.

Inventory & Distribution Management

• Manage inventory and warehouse operations end-to-end.
• Monitor stock cover and plan sourcing/production accordingly.
• Track and reconcile inventory across central and external locations.
• Coordinate and monitor inventory transfers with B2B partners (online marketplaces and offline retail).
• Monitor inventory levels across all external locations (marketplaces, retail outlets).
• Manage warehouse escalations: resolve out-of-stock issues, delayed deliveries, and returns in a timely manner.
• Work with logistics partners: monitor performance and resolve escalations related to delays, lost shipments, or delivery exceptions

Systems & Process Management

• Oversee the functioning of integrated systems (WMS, Shopify, ERP, and connected platforms).
• Ensure smooth synchronization of data across platforms for accurate visibility and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•  Adherence to production schedules.
• Inventory accuracy (% reconciliation vs actuals).
• Fulfillment rate
•  % of escalations resolved within SLA (warehouse & logistics).
•  data accuracy across WMS/Shopify

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably in D2C, retail, or consumer goods.
•  Strong knowledge of inventory management, WMS, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
•  Strong communication and vendor management experience.
•  Proficiency with Excel, ERP/WMS tools, and data-driven decision-making.
