As we expand in India, we’re looking for a passionate team member to deliver exceptional service while driving influencer and brand engagement.


Role Summary

Customer & Brand Engagement Executive


Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding products, orders, returns, exchanges, and promotions.
  • Resolve complaints empathetically, aiming for quick, satisfactory outcomes that reflect our brand values.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or product issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
  • Support kiosk staff and sales teams with customer-related concerns.
  • Attend exhibitions to collect live customer feedback and enhance brand experience.


Influencer & PR Management:

  • Research, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with MIDORii’s demographic and brand values.
  • Handle negotiations on deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights.
  • Coordinate logistics for influencer collaborations, including product seeding, shoot support, and scheduling.
  • Ensure influencer content and messaging align with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
  • Build and nurture an influencer/ambassador community to generate consistent advocacy.
  • Manage reporting and analysis of influencer outreach and community-building efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As MIDORii is a small and dynamic team, while customer success will be your primary responsibility, you may also be expected to support other functions and assist different teams as needed. We value flexibility and a collaborative spirit in all team members.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach when dealing with customers and team members.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, messaging platforms, or POS systems is preferred.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond core responsibilities in a collaborative, small-team environment.
