Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Production Planning Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules aligned with SCM & Sales. Ensure mass order execution by optimizing multiple molds per pallet size. Monitor OEE, efficiency, and machine uptime ≥ 92%. 2. Dispatch Planning & On-Time Delivery Develop and monitor dispatch plans , vehicle arrangements, and logistics coordination. Achieve ≥ 97% on-time delivery commitment.
