Sr. Inside Sales Specialist /Sales Coordinator

As a Senior Inside Sales Specialist/Sales Coordinator at Swift, you will have the opportunity to deal with Industrial B2B customer inquiries and effectively convert them into sales revenue. Additionally, you will follow up on proposals and quotations, process customer orders efficiently, and ensure effective communication and a high level of customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess a passion for sales, good selling skills, dynamic communication skills, fluency in English (both speaking and writing), and the ability to explain complex technical specifications to non-technical buyers. A positive attitude, professionalism in communication, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role are also desired qualities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Senior Inside Sales Specialist/Sales Coordinator roles.
