As a Senior Inside Sales Specialist/Sales Coordinator at Swift, you will have the opportunity to deal with Industrial B2B customer inquiries and effectively convert them into sales revenue. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to offer industry-leading solutions across various sectors such as infrastructure, food, pharma, printing, chemical, packaging, and warehousing. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling objections, negotiating terms, and securing orders. You will be expected to approach sales with a consultative mindset, focusing on solving customer problems with Swift's products. Additionally, you will follow up on proposals and quotations, process customer orders efficiently, and ensure effective communication and a high level of customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess a passion for sales, good selling skills, dynamic communication skills, fluency in English (both speaking and writing), and the ability to explain complex technical specifications to non-technical buyers. A positive attitude, professionalism in communication, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role are also desired qualities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Senior Inside Sales Specialist/Sales Coordinator roles. The job is based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, and is offered as a full-time, permanent position.
