Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager / Senior Executive to oversee the quality assurance processes at our Supa Unit, where we manufacture plastic products by Rotational Moulding & Injection Moulding. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role requires a proactive, detailed oriented, who can implement and maintain effective quality management systems, conduct thorough inspections, and lead a team of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, update and executive quality plan related to each product.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

· Conduct plastic & product related tests and prepare report

· Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to QMS.

· Ensures inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

· Analyse quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities.

· Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.

· Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

· Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.

· Monitor & drive continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.

· Address customer complaints and concerns related to product quality, Ensure satisfactory resolution to customer complaints.

· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

· Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in quality management, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Plastic Engineering from CIPET or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of testing plastic materials and familiarity with various testing methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
