We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our Operations – Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, and Inventory Management, and will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance across the organization.

- Forecast demand by analyzing sales history, market trends, and customer data

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to consolidate demand forecasts

- Update rolling forecasts and adjust plans as needed to match real-time market changes

- Plan and execute optimal product distribution across multiple locations

- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries

- Track distribution efficiency and resolve bottlenecks in the delivery network

- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess holding

- Analyze inventory health and take actions to optimize stock availability

- Drive initiatives to improve inventory turnover and working capital efficiency

- Strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

- Effective communicator with cross-functional coordination capabilities

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight timelines

- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

- Professional certifications such as APICS, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a plus

- Experience in Consumer Durables, Electronics, or FMCG industries preferred
