Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management:

Prepare and issue purchase orders as per material requirements.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in vendor registration, evaluation and development activities.
Maintain Approved supplier list and price records.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO/AS9100 (if applicable), and statutory requirements.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for various aspects (Design, production, QA, stores, accounts).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance reports.
Support in continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
