Supply Chain

1. To lead all communications within the CMs factory on Liquid IV production and dispatch planning

2. To ensure all raw materials and packaging materials are ready in the factory prior to production.

3. To lead RPM monitoring status with CM by evaluating shelf-life and quantity basis of future forecast.

4. To co-ordinate between Unilever logistics team, Factory and Truck unions on the dispatches.

5. To support with factorys SAP issue through co-ordination with SAP Key users in Unilever.

6. To support Unilevers cross function team on activities/tasks related to R&D trials / Quality where necessary.

7. Key KPI:

a. Dispatch Rate > 99%

Job requirements:

1. Background in supply chain / factory is preferred.

2. Commercially savvy and oriented with strong business mindset and attention for detail is a key attribute

3. Familiar with ERP (SAP) systems.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Detail oriented.

6. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Fluent in English is preferred.

9. Ability to work cross functionally and across different cultures is important.

10. Collaborative, constructive, positive and open mindset to investigate, experiment will be critical for this fast-growing business.

11. Logical, structured thinking for problem solving will be required for day-to-day job

12. Inquisitive, willingness to learn and ability to handle change in fast-paced environment
