Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a proactive and socially aware professional who can manage our brand experience across digital platforms. The person will be responsible for maintaining product reviews, building relationships with influencers, and ensuring positive brand visibility through genuine digital engagements. Role & responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and profitability of the eCommerce business by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing performance metrics, and executing strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute growth strategies using data-driven decision-making. Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions based on performance analytics. Forecast sales and demand trends to ensure inventory alignment with business goals. Monitor and improve key ecommerce KPIs (GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CLV, etc.). Identify high-performing products and categories to drive incremental sales. Implement A/B testing strategies for product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability. Enhance user experience by analyzing drop-off points and optimizing website/app performance. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital ad spend for maximum ROI. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 6 to 11 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying in the e-commerce or retail industry. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel, analytics tools, and category dashboards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment with a data-driven mindset.
