Job Summary:

Supply Chain Executive


Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchase Order Management

  • Review and process

    Purchase Requisitions (PRs)

    raised by project and engineering teams.
  • Prepare, release, and track

    Purchase Orders (POs)

    as per project schedules and budget approvals.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with company policies, technical specifications, and EPC contract terms.
  • Follow up with vendors for order acknowledgment, delivery timelines, and shipment updates.

Vendor Development & Management

  • Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors within the

    Clean Energy

    ecosystem.
  • Maintain healthy vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize supplier selection.
  • Track vendor performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness).

Project Coordination & Material Tracking

  • Collaborate with

    Engineering, Planning and Project Execution

    teams to align procurement with project milestones.
  • Coordinate with logistics for transportation, documentation, and delivery tracking.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain all procurement-related documentation including PRs, POs, technical evaluations, and delivery notes.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining traceable records.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with statutory and project-specific requirements (GST, insurance, certifications, etc.).

Process Improvement & Cost Control

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities through alternate sourcing and value engineering.
  • Utilize ERP/Zoho systems for real-time tracking and reporting.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

    , Supply Chain, or Commerce

    (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years

    of relevant experience in

    EPC / Clean Energy / Renewable Energy projects

    .
  • Good understanding of

    PR-PO process, Vendor Management and Procurement Cycle.

  • Familiar with procurement of

    electrical, mechanical and renewable energy components

    .
  • Proficiency in

    ERP platforms (SAP / Zoho)

    and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
