Job description: To drive complex projects from concept to SOP (Start of Production). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or thermal engineering with extensive experience in design and simulation of thermal systems, particularly in high-technology industries such as space, aerospace, or nuclear. Key Responsibilities: Heat Exchanger Design: Develop and optimize heat exchanger designs for various industrial applications using advanced thermal analysis techniques. Thermal and Fluid Dynamic Simulations: Conduct CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal performance of heat exchangers and other thermal systems using tools such as Simula, or any other relevant CFD software. Analytical Calculations: Perform analytical calculations for heat transfer, pressure drop, and other relevant thermodynamic parameters to ensure efficient design and performance of thermal systems. 3D Modeling and CAD Design: Create and optimize 3D models and layouts for heat exchangers and other thermal components using 3D Experience or similar CAD tools. System Optimization: Propose and implement modifications or improvements to thermal systems to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, thermal, and project engineers to integrate thermal solutions into larger projects and systems. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, design documents, and simulation results. Present findings to stakeholders, ensuring all calculations and designs are well-documented. Desirable Skills: Experience with Solidworks Experience with CFD code preferably Solidworks Simulia Familiarity with thermal system optimization techniques and methods. Strong background in heat exchanger design for industrial Knowledge of thermal system standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from inception through planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate and communicate effectively with external testing agencies, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project progress and compliance. Tool Utilization: Utilize project management software such as Zoho Projects and Microsoft Projects, alongside MS Office tools, for planning, tracking, and reporting project status. Technical Leadership: Oversee heat exchanger design and thermal system development, ensuring integration of advanced thermal analysis and CFD simulations into project deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, thermal, and project engineering teams to align technical solutions with project goals. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports, schedules, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Desirable Skills: Experience with project management tools (e.g.,Zoho projects, Microsoft projects). 5+ years of Project management post PMP certification
