Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Operational Management

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the subsidiary office
  • Implement firm-wide policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Align subsidiary goals with the parent CA firm’s vision and business plans
  • Drive operational efficiency and process improvements

2. Financial Oversight & Control

  • Monitor subsidiary financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
  • Review revenue, billing, collections, and profitability reports
  • Ensure timely preparation and review of MIS, financial statements, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with partners on pricing, margins, and resource utilization

3. Compliance & Regulatory Management

  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, MCA, ROC, and other statutory laws
  • Oversee audits, assessments, and regulatory filings
  • Monitor changes in laws and ensure implementation at subsidiary level
  • Manage risk and internal control systems

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for key clients
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to timelines
  • Support business development, client retention, and cross-selling of services
  • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions

5. Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage CA professionals, article trainees, and support staff
  • Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure quality output
  • Conduct performance reviews, training needs assessment, and development plans
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, ethics, and accountability

6. Business Development Support

  • Identify growth opportunities for the subsidiary
  • Support partners in acquiring new clients and expanding service lines
  • Analyze market trends and competitor practices
  • Assist in proposal preparation and presentations

7. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit periodic operational and financial reports to Head Office / Partners
  • Coordinate with other subsidiaries for standardization and best practices
  • Ensure smooth communication between subsidiary and central management

Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, and Corporate Laws
  • Financial analysis, MIS reporting, and budgeting expertise
  • Working knowledge of CA firm practice management systems

Managerial & Behavioral Skills

  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
